Fast Forward Evolution ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") is developed and operated by Fast Forward Evolution LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application.

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

• Profile information you choose to enter, such as your name, gender, birthday, weight, and fasting goals
• Fasting, meal, and nutrition data you log within the app (fasting times, meals eaten, carbs, calories, macros)
• Weight and body measurement entries
• Exercise entries
• Heart rate readings (captured via your device's camera and processed on your device — not uploaded)

Information collected automatically:

• We do not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, or location data.

How We Store Your Information

The majority of your data — including your fasting history, meal logs, weight history, streaks, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using standard device storage. This data is not transmitted to our servers and is not accessible to us.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services within specific features of the app:

• USDA FoodData Central API — when you search for a food item in the Meals section, your search query is sent to the USDA's public food database to return nutritional matches. No personal or account information is included in these requests.
• Firebase — used to support certain app infrastructure. We do not use Firebase to collect or store personal health data you enter in the app.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your fasting, meal, or health data with advertisers.

Camera Access

The app requests camera access solely for the optional Heart Rate Scanner feature. Images captured are processed on your device in real time to estimate heart rate and are not saved, stored, or transmitted anywhere.
